What we collect when you join the Glitter Gang
- Your first name and email address.
- Who is joining (an adult fan, a teen fan, or a parent or guardian), so younger fans join with a grown-up.
- Your city and preferred language, if you choose to share them.
- When you signed up, which page you signed up on, when you confirmed your email, and the exact wording of the email consent you agreed to.
We don’t ask for phone numbers, school names or social media handles, and joining never requires a home address. We don’t collect personal details from children under 13 — a parent or guardian signs up using their own details.
How we use it
Only to run the Glitter Gang. Joining the Glitter Gang means receiving Glitter Gang emails from Glitter Bombs, part of World Flag Series Corp.: player updates, fan opportunities, and news about events and gear. We first email you a link to confirm your address, and Glitter Gang emails start only after you confirm. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. When you confirm, our team gets a short internal notice with the details you shared so they can welcome you. We send email through our email provider, Resend, which processes your address only to deliver our messages. We never sell your information.
Gift offers
If we run a gift offer and you choose to claim, we ask for a recipient name and mailing address (a parent or guardian provides these for younger fans). We use them only to send the gift. They’re kept separate from your membership, profiles and questions, are only visible to the team members who ship gifts, are never included in emails, and are deleted after the gift has been sent. Claiming is always optional.
Questions you send us
Questions sent through Ask the Glitter Bombs stay private and are only visible to team administrators. If a question is selected for a public player Q&A, we only show a name if you gave permission when you asked.
Appearance requests
When an adult organizer requests a Glitter Bombs appearance, we store the details they send (including their name and email) so the team can review the request and reply. Requests are private and only visible to team administrators. We send the organizer a receipt and never add them to Glitter Gang email updates. We don’t ask for children’s names or personal details.
Fan highlights
We never automatically repost content that tags us. A fan post is only featured on this site after the team has reviewed it and has the creator’s permission.
Instagram content
Instagram posts on this site only load from Instagram when you choose to show them. Once loaded, Instagram’s own privacy policy applies to that content.
Security and spam protection
Your details are stored in a secured database that only authorised team administrators can access. To stop spam, our forms record a one-way scrambled version of your connection address for a short time; it can’t be turned back into your actual address.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Glitter Gang emails at any time using the link in any Glitter Gang email. To ask us to delete your membership, send us a message on Instagram (opens in a new tab).
